About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and support client needs and capabilities in partnership with relationship management and sales support teams
  • Support client management teams with sales, referrals, Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding, and client retention
  • Support operational and risk components of client relationships
  • Manage due diligence processes and account opening
  • Ensure accurate and timely customer compliance with policies and regulations
  • Identify opportunities supporting client delight and retention, fraud prevention, and revenue growth
  • Ensure client data integrity for onboarding, KYC, and operational risk/compliance systems
  • Serve as point of contact for account openings/closings and escalated Contact Center issues
  • Connect clients with business partners and support teams for service-related issues
  • Support Customer Due Diligence processes related to AML, money services businesses, high-risk indicators or industries, and KYC activities
  • Conduct research and analysis to compile sales leads and provide data to client teams and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with bank products, services operations, systems, policies and procedures for business/corporate clients
  • Strong client focus and direct client contact experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and simultaneously support various priorities
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • FDIC hiring restrictions apply to certain specified criminal histories
