About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and support client needs and capabilities in partnership with relationship management and sales support teams
- Support client management teams with sales, referrals, Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding, and client retention
- Support operational and risk components of client relationships
- Manage due diligence processes and account opening
- Ensure accurate and timely customer compliance with policies and regulations
- Interact with clients and client teams to identify opportunities supporting client delight, retention, fraud prevention, and revenue growth
- Ensure client data integrity for onboarding, KYC, and operational risk/compliance systems of record
- Serve as point of contact for account openings and closings and escalated Contact Center issues
- Connect clients with client team business partners and support teams for service-related issues
- Support Customer Due Diligence processes and AML, money services business, high-risk indicator or industry, and KYC requirements
- Conduct research and analysis to compile sales leads and provide data to client teams and partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with bank products, services operations, systems, policies and procedures for business/corporate clients
- Strong client focus and direct client contact experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and simultaneously support various priorities
- Minimum high school diploma, GED, secondary school or equivalent
- FDIC hiring restrictions related to specified criminal history
- Spanish language preferred
- Desired experience in Financial Center leadership, Commercial Banking relationship management or support, Business Banking relationship management or support, or Premier relationship management or support
- Credit/Treasury sales servicing and/or operations management experience desired
