About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage Academy initiatives and projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, milestone tracking, and delivery of business outcomes
  • Lead through influence, coordinate cross-functional teams and peer workgroups, and drive strategic initiatives and organizational priorities
  • Partner with Academy leadership on strategic planning, organizational priorities, and team initiatives
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver communications promoting awareness, engagement, alignment, and execution of Academy priorities
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities and support change initiatives across the Academy organization
  • Lead onboarding, core, and/or upskill Academy programs virtually and/or in the classroom
  • Deliver assessments, manage practice pods, call calibration sessions, practice sessions, and simulator workshops
  • Identify behavior and proficiency gaps, develop action plans, and coach participants toward successful training completion and milestones
  • Manage program outreach, coordination, logistics, communications, calendar planning, escalations, and technology access
  • Partner with content design teammates to provide feedback on content, curriculum, and programs
  • Enforce internal and regulatory policies, procedures, and processes throughout New to Role programs
  • Oversee post-program completion checkpoints to assess participant understanding and accelerate proficiency
  • Facilitate Line of Business leadership routines and initiatives and provide development and program updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous involvement in programs, projects, or process initiatives with responsibility for planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, milestone management, and delivery of business outcomes
  • 3+ years demonstrated leadership experience
  • Ability to diagnose root causes, assess skill gaps, and implement effective solutions that improve learner performance and business results
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience designing and executing strategic and operational initiatives with minimal oversight while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to lead through influence without direct authority
  • Ability to translate expertise into effective learning experiences
  • Ability to facilitate learning and translate complex topics into practical application
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to engage diverse audiences, collaborate across functions, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective verbal, non-verbal, written, and presentation communication skills and active listening skills
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills; ability to identify issues, escalate risks, and drive resolution
  • Proficiency in risk identification and mitigation and ability to reinforce enterprise risk culture
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize
  • Proficiency in computer skills and professional programs, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Consumer Retail and Preferred line of business (desired)
