About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Academy participants throughout their learning experience
  • Consult with the business on learning needs
  • Lead onboarding, core, and/or upskill Academy programs virtually and/or in the classroom
  • Deliver assessments, manage practice pods, call calibration sessions, practice sessions, and simulator workshops
  • Identify behavior and proficiency gaps, develop action plans, and coach participants
  • Manage program outreach, coordination, logistics, communications, calendar planning, escalations, and technology access
  • Partner with Academy content design teammates to provide feedback on content, curriculum, and programs
  • Enforce internal and regulatory policies, procedures, and processes throughout New to Role programs
  • Oversee post-program completion checkpoints to assess participant understanding and accelerate proficiency
  • Facilitate Line of Business leadership routines and initiatives
  • Provide stakeholders with development and program updates
  • Support execution of Academy programs for Corporate Audit and Credit Review

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Ability to translate expertise into effective learning experiences
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to facilitate learning and translate complex topics into practical application
  • Proven ability to coach, manage, and develop by driving proficiency and performance in a customer centric environment
  • Proven ability to diagnose root cause/skill gaps and develop and execute effective performance action plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage others, influence without direct authority, build relationships, and demonstrate commitment to excellence
  • Effective verbal, non-verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Active listening and virtual influence skills
  • Problem-solving, follow-up, escalation, and resolution skills
  • Proficiency in risk identification and mitigation and ability to reinforce enterprise risk culture
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize

  • Ability to perform administrative tasks without an administrative assistant
