About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform complex analysis and modeling to minimize fraud loss exposure and negative customer impacts
- Use Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and relational databases to provide analytical support on strategies
- Evaluate data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies
- Support the design and implementation of fraud prevention and detection controls
- Conduct impact assessments for new products, capabilities, and strategic initiatives
- Develop requirements and support solution design
- Help ensure organizational readiness for implementation
- Propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures
- Recommend data-driven actions to help the business achieve desired outcomes
- Coordinate production of product performance reports and updates for senior management
- Analyze financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to improve performance, forecasting, profitability, and operational performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to strengthen fraud controls while supporting business objectives and client experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to work across organizational lines to drive results
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively at executive levels, verbally and in writing
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to frame complex problems, evaluate options, and develop plans
- Strong PowerPoint knowledge and ability to translate data into a story
- Proven track record of driving projects from idea to execution
- Experience in fraud or related risk fields
- Experience leading strategy or initiative development
- Strategy development or consulting experience
- Working knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Products
- Proficiency with Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and relational databases
- Ability to work onsite in accordance with the workplace excellence policy if selected
