About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of business and system architecture
  • Conduct business information flow studies and system architecture studies
  • Provide integrated systems planning and recommend technologies that enhance current systems and support corporate and business goals
  • Recommend computer platforms, workstations and communication linkages for distributed and client-server processes
  • Interface with business areas to align initiatives with business strategies and goals
  • Create architecture roadmaps supporting product roadmaps
  • Develop best practices and standardized templates
  • Create solution intent and architectural vision for large, complex solutions across business and technology
  • Lead high-level architecture shaping and ensure flexible, modular, adaptable designs
  • Facilitate solution-driven discussions and lead complex architecture design
  • Develop creative solutions through domain knowledge, practical experiments and proof-of-concepts
  • Influence and direct team activities for special initiatives or operations
  • Provide input on staffing, budget and personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years relevant work experience with business and technology projects including process improvement/re-engineering and technology change efforts
  • Knowledge of project tools; JIRA experience preferred
  • Experience with and knowledge of Agile project management methodology
  • Process design orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, capture key outcomes/actions and own product documentation
  • Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
  • Strong decision-making, communication, organizational, analytical and active listening skills
  • Proficiency in data management and strong data analytic capability
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Critical thinker and risk minded
  • Scaled Agile certification desired
  • Business and technical knowledge of DCRS (Documents) and Digital eForms desired
