About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define enterprise AI architecture vision, roadmaps, and target-state capabilities
Partner with business, product, engineering, data, risk, and security teams to translate strategic objectives into scalable technology solutions
Lead architecture for GenAI, agentic workflows, intelligent copilots, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics initiatives
Develop solution designs, architecture blueprints, and reference patterns for enterprise reuse
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, models, and vendors and provide architecture recommendations
Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements
Define non-functional requirements for scalability, resiliency, observability, security, performance, and responsible AI controls
Collaborate with engineering teams from ideation through production deployment
Mentor architects and engineers on AI architecture patterns, technology strategy, and solution design best practices
Support proof-of-concepts, innovation initiatives, and rapid experimentation
Create solution intent and architectural vision for complex solutions
Contribute to architecture roadmaps across Business, Application, Data, and Technology domains
Facilitate solution discussions, lead complex architecture design, and resolve architectural impediments
Educate team members on technology practices, standardization strategies, and best practices
Support technology stack and product selection
Perform design and code reviews to ensure non-functional requirements are met

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technology Strategy
Experience leading large-scale AI, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or Intelligent Automation initiatives
Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI architectures
Machine Learning lifecycle management experience
AI governance and responsible AI practices
Experience designing enterprise-scale distributed systems and API-driven architectures
Strong understanding of data architecture, data engineering, analytics platforms, and integration patterns
Experience conducting architecture reviews and defining target-state technology strategies
Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex technical concepts to executive audiences
Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and consulting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with Kubernetes, serverless platforms, and containerized architectures
Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Databricks, or equivalent technologies
Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies
Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or comparable solutions
Experience within financial services, banking, risk, compliance, or regulated industries
Software engineering background with proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages
First shift availability in the United States of America
Ability to work 40 hours per week
