About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients
- Uncover personal banking needs of individual and small business clients
- Offer appropriate banking solutions and connect clients to specialists
- Deepen client relationships through platform services
- Support clients with self-service and transactional activities
- Provide exceptional client care and conduct outbound calls
- Perform consistent client follow-up routines
- Partner with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies
- Assist, educate, and train clients on simple transactions through self-service technologies
- Use resources, technologies, and processes to optimize client experience and operational accuracy
- Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and conduct Digital Assisted Shopping in compliance with established processes and laws
- Manage client interactions while meeting regulatory requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
- In lieu of one year of sales experience, previously held the role of Relationship Manager (RM), Advisor Development Program (ADP) RM, Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA I) or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist (RMBOS) at Bank of America for a minimum of six months
- Strong work ethic and focus on results
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging clients in person and by phone
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Commissioned notary or ability to successfully obtain a notary commission in the state of employment within a few months of starting
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Ability to travel to any financial center within a reasonable distance
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Must satisfy applicable FDIC and loan originator hiring restrictions
