About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Offer appropriate banking solutions and connect clients with specialists

  • Manage client interactions in accordance with bank and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
  • Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients' financial lives
  • Ability to identify solutions based on client needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging clients in person and by phone
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and ability to multitask
  • Must be a commissioned notary or successfully obtain a notary commission in the state of employment within a few months of starting
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
  • May be scheduled at any financial center within a reasonable distance
  • Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field (desired)
  • Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills (desired)
  • Knowledge of banking products and services (desired)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, and prior laptop technology experience (desired)
