About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients
- Uncover personal banking needs of individual and small business clients
- Offer appropriate banking solutions and connect clients with specialists
- Deepen client relationships through platform services
- Support clients with self-service and transactional activities
- Provide exceptional client care
- Proactively connect with clients through outbound calls and consistent follow-up routines
- Partner with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies
- Assist, educate, and train clients on simple transactions through self-service technologies
- Leverage resources, technologies, and processes to optimize client experience and operational accuracy
- Follow established processes, laws, and guidelines for account opening, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping
- Manage client interactions in accordance with bank and regulatory requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
- Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging clients in person and by phone
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Is a commissioned notary or can successfully obtain a notary commission in the state you work within a few months of start date
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, potentially at any financial center within a reasonable distance
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or a related field (desired)
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and laptop technology
