About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients
  • Uncover personal banking needs of individual and small business clients
  • Offer appropriate banking solutions and connect clients to specialists
  • Deepen client relationships through platform services
  • Support clients with self-service and transactional activities
  • Provide exceptional client care
  • Proactively connect with clients through outbound calls
  • Conduct consistent follow-up routines
  • Partner with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies
  • Assist, educate, and train clients on simple transactions through self-service technologies
  • Leverage resources, technologies, and processes to optimize client experience and operational accuracy
  • Follow established processes, laws, and guidelines for account opening, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping
  • Manage client interactions in accordance with bank interests, client needs, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
  • Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Passion, commitment and drive to improve clients’ financial lives
  • Ability to identify solutions based on client needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging clients in person and by phone
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Is a commissioned notary or can successfully obtain a notary commission in the state you work within a few months of start date
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
  • May be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or a related field preferred
  • Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded
  • Retail and/or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment
  • Experience with individual and/or team goals
  • Experience with financial information, spreadsheets and financial skills
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications
  • Previous experience utilizing laptop technology
