About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Offer appropriate banking solutions and connect clients to specialists

  • Manage client interactions while complying with regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build and nurture strong relationships
  • Passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives
  • Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with all clients in person and by phone
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms, handle ambiguity, and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Must be a commissioned notary or successfully obtain a notary commission in the state of work within a few months of starting
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, including at any financial center within a reasonable distance
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • FDIC/loan originator-related hiring restrictions may apply
  • Bilingual Korean preferred
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or a related field preferred
  • Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded preferred
  • Retail and/or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment preferred
  • Experience with financial information, spreadsheets and financial skills preferred
  • Knowledge of banking products and services preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, and prior laptop technology experience preferred
