About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients
  • Uncover personal banking needs of individual and small business clients
  • Offer appropriate banking solutions and connect clients to specialists
  • Deepen client relationships through platform services
  • Support clients with self-service and transactional activities
  • Provide exceptional client care and conduct outbound calls
  • Perform consistent client follow-up routines
  • Partner with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies
  • Educate and train clients on simple transactions through self-service technologies
  • Use resources, technologies, and processes to optimize client experience and operational accuracy
  • Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and conduct Digital Assisted Shopping
  • Manage client interactions while meeting regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be a commissioned notary or successfully obtain a notary commission in the state of employment within a few months of start date
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
  • May be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable commuting distance
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with all clients in person and by phone
