About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients
  • Uncover personal banking needs of individual and small business clients
  • Offer appropriate banking solutions and connect clients with specialists
  • Deepen client relationships through platform services
  • Support clients with self-service and transactional activities
  • Educate and train clients on simple transactions using self-service technologies
  • Use resources, technologies, and processes to optimize client experience and operational accuracy
  • Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and support Digital Assisted Shopping while following established processes and regulations
  • Manage client interactions in accordance with bank and client interests and regulatory requirements
  • Make outbound calls and conduct consistent follow-up routines
  • Partner with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bilingual Mandarin required
  • Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
  • Strong work ethic and focus on results
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage clients in person and by phone
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask
  • Must be a commissioned notary or successfully obtain a notary commission in the state of work within a few months of start date
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and may be scheduled at any financial center within a reasonable distance
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent required
