About the role

  • Manage client interactions while complying with regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment
  • Alternatively, six months in qualifying Bank of America roles: Relationship Manager, Advisor Development Program RM, Credit Solutions Advisor I, or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
  • Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging clients in person and by phone
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and changing circumstances
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Must be a commissioned notary or successfully obtain a notary commission in the state of work within a few months of start date
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
  • Must be able to travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma, GED, Secondary School, or equivalent
  • 40 hours per week
  • Desired: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Desired: Experience in financial centers, retail/sales, incentive environments, goal-oriented environments, financial information, spreadsheets, banking products/services, Microsoft applications, and laptop technology
