About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive and execute internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business or Enterprise Control Function
- Provide analytical and administrative support for LOB or ECF processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards
- Monitor and test controls and implement quality assurance and quality control processes
- Evaluate data to identify, track, and report issues and control improvements for remediation
- Support Business Continuity, Global Recovery & Resolution Planning, Client Assistance Program coordination, and horizontal assessments across Consumer & Small Business Products
- Oversee the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment for Client Operational Services
- Implement optimized controls and enhanced QA practices to support business continuity
- Conduct and coordinate quality inspection reviews
- Execute QA activities, manage cases, and report results
- Identify testing automation, procedural updates, thematic trends, test script updates, and coaching opportunities
- Support regulatory exams, internal audits, monitoring, inspection reviews, and governance dashboard reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in business management, strategy, program management, operations, governance, risk, or related functions
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to coordinate and deliver cross-functional initiatives involving diverse stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready materials and status updates
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive execution with limited direction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Experience supporting governance, business continuity, risk management, or regulatory-related processes
- Experience managing operating routines, reporting, forums, or executive support functions
- Knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Products organizations and operating model
- Experience partnering across product, technology, finance, HR, risk, compliance, or control organizations
- Familiarity with business continuity planning, GRRP, CAP processes, or operational readiness activities
- Experience leveraging AI tools (Copilot/M365) to improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes in a highly matrixed environment
- Must work in the United States of America time zone/shift context (1st shift)
