About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive and execute internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business or Enterprise Control Function
- Provide analytical and administrative support for business-specific processes and tools
- Monitor and test controls by evaluating data to identify issues and control improvements for remediation
- Implement optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance practices to support business continuity
- Conduct and coordinate quality inspection reviews
- Perform QA activities, including executing controls, managing cases, and reporting results
- Identify testing automation opportunities, procedural updates, thematic trends, test script updates, and coaching opportunities
- Support regulatory exams, internal audits, monitoring, and inspection reviews
- Evaluate inspection metrics and support governance dashboard reporting
- Create, gather, and organize data and documentation
- Partner with stakeholders on metrics status reporting and mitigation/action plans
- Input data into systems such as CIMA and ORCIT
- Provide robust reporting on the risk landscape for the Chief People Organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 yrs. experience in a role related to Risk, Compliance or Audit
- Understanding of enterprise processes around audit, GCOR, and independent testing plans
- Strong written communications skills/experience with ability to translate and document details into executive level messaging
- Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion and balance risk and reward with a strong focus on compliance
- Ability to navigate the organization and demonstrated ability to lead and influence up, down and across the organization
- Highly motivated self-starter, proactive, with intense focus on results
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, result driven environment with changing priorities while building relationships
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills when working through complex issues, including the ability to identify issues/gaps and areas for process improvements
- Strong project and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (lookups, pivots, basic formulas) and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with AI and CoPilot prompts and Teams Channels
- 1st shift availability
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
