About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead analytical work efforts for projects within the consumer and small business product space
  • Source, integrate, and transform client, product, and performance data across relational and non-relational platforms
  • Translate business and product questions into analytical frameworks and develop actionable recommendations
  • Evaluate product performance and customer journeys by defining and monitoring adoption, usage, engagement, retention, attrition, customer outcome, and business impact metrics
  • Partner with product, marketing, technology, data product management, governance, and business teams
  • Communicate complex analytical findings through data storytelling, visualizations, and actionable recommendations
  • Validate data and analytical outputs, resolve or escalate inconsistencies, and follow documentation, control, governance, and business-continuity requirements
  • Lead complex analytical initiatives, manage competing priorities, and support development of people and team capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree with strong quantitative background in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to source, integrate, transform, and validate data from multiple systems using modern data tools and techniques
  • Experience in product analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, portfolio analytics, or business performance analytics
  • Experience evaluating product performance, customer engagement, customer journeys, adoption, usage, retention, attrition, and business outcomes
  • Ability to define and track key performance indicators and develop measurement frameworks
  • Working knowledge of segmentation, behavioral analytics, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and test-and-learn methods
  • Ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Understanding of Consumer and Business Payments ecosystems and Merchant Acquiring solutions
  • Fluency in Python and SQL
  • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, including Teradata, Oracle, Hadoop, SAS-Grid, and Starburst
  • Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, and ThoughtSpot
  • Ability to use Microsoft Copilot Chat and GitHub Copilot while following applicable controls and standards
  • Ability to collaborate across product, marketing, technology, data, and governance teams
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies, and apply emerging analytical techniques
