About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide reporting support and lead development work for automated reporting solutions
Develop and maintain systems of knowledge through automated self-service business intelligence solutions
Work with business partners to understand client needs and create appropriate solutions
Lead end-to-end development and deployment of reporting and analytical solutions
Develop and maintain automated ETL processes from various database platforms
Store data in fit-for-use relational tables
Analyze relational structures, dimensional data models, cubes, and disparate database sources
Ensure on-time delivery while following procedures and quality guidelines
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Create and maintain metadata, detailed workflows, program documentation, and desktop procedures
Collaborate cross-functionally and provide routine project updates
May manage associates and perform managerial responsibilities including coaching, risk management, talent development, budgeting, and business outcome delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid understanding of data gathering tools
Proficient with business intelligence reporting tools
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience with automation, data mining, data quality management, data visualization, technical troubleshooting, Agile practices, DevOps practices, reporting, technical documentation, change management, continuous improvement, innovative thinking, production support, and technical strategy development
