About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure operational data is accurate, complete, and fit for purpose through testing procedures and data controls
Develop and execute Enterprise Data Management policies and standards
Work across teams to ensure adherence to data management standards and serve as a point of contact for data compliance
Manage data-related incidents and identify, communicate, resolve, or escalate issues
Develop, manage, and execute controls, including tracking, monitoring, and resolution of control breaches
Partner with Business and Technology functions to develop business and functional requirements documents
Ensure strategic upstream resolution for data-related incidents
Train new users
Perform impact analysis stemming from data updates
Help define data access and ownership by domain
Conduct quality control and oversee data maintenance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years of Issue Management or Project Management experience
Strong organization and reporting skills
Ability to self-prioritize competing tasks/priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand issues and know how and when to escalate
Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Prior experience supporting or working in the Issues & Project Management space (desired)
Knowledge of Data Management, Data Governance and Data Architecture functions (desired)
Exposure to Capital Market Products (desired)
Familiarity with Agile Methodology concepts (desired)
