About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and coordinate execution of large program deliverables across multiple organizations
  • Lead one or more complex programs consisting of multiple projects and delivery teams within Data Management Technology & Enterprise Architecture
  • Coordinate kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
  • Establish target outcomes with stakeholders and leaders
  • Track success metrics and provide updates on delivery, performance, risks, issues, schedules, and outcomes
  • Manage program financials and support resource planning
  • Provide end-to-end leadership and serve as the primary escalation point for program sponsors and senior stakeholders
  • Integrate project plans, dependencies, risks, financials, and outcomes across programs
  • Translate strategy into executable program roadmaps
  • Drive decisions and resolution of cross-project, team, and organizational issues
  • Ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Maintain accurate program information in systems of record such as PPRT and TPAS
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks to support successful and timely delivery
  • Partner across business, technology, architecture, risk, compliance, and control organizations to deliver business and technology outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record as an experienced Program Manager with direct accountability for delivering complex solutions end-to-end
  • Experience leading large, enterprise initiatives across people, process, and technology
  • Experience managing initiative budgets ranging from $5MM–$20MM, including monthly forecasting and financial reporting
  • Ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with senior Technology and Line of Business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Bank of America project management tools, including PPRT, ServiceNow, Jira, and TPAS
  • Experience enforcing governance requirements and maintaining accurate project management and financial systems of record
  • Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives through completion in a highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and service providers
  • Experience leading projects across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience delivering initiatives within Global Technology, ideally across lines of business and/or enterprise capabilities
  • PMP certification or equivalent desired
  • 1st shift availability in the United States of America
  • 40 hours per week
