Senior Fraud Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle complex and escalated customer situations regarding possible fraudulent account activity
- Receive inbound calls and take appropriate action on complex transactions
- Research and resolve fraudulent activity
- Provide service support and deliver practical, innovative solutions to clients
- Focus on client retention and re-establishing client confidence
- Service banking products with high-risk activity to maximize approval of legitimate transactions and minimize client impact
- Identify fraudulent activity and restrict account activity
- Assist Fraud Strategy partners with new tactics through controlled tests and production-environment simulations
- Test customer-facing capabilities for vulnerabilities and potential fraudulent exploitation or loss
- Participate in triage for Executive Escalations and Incident Response fraud activities
- Review and investigate suspected fraudulent activity and accurately record interaction data
- Follow established processes, laws, and regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of fraud servicing or call center experience
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Experience working in a financial/banking center
- Fraud detection and prevention experience
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Strong computer application skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- May be required to work onsite in accordance with the workplace excellence policy
