About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Treasury clients submitting treasury, cash management, card, merchant and depository product implementation requests via email and phone
  • Handle end-to-end processing for moderately complex implementations
  • Engage internal business partners, including Sales & Relationship Managers, Product Managers, Compliance and Operations
  • Work directly with clients to resolve implementation issues
  • Implement standard and common Treasury product packages for clients
  • Monitor implementation progress and end-to-end resolution
  • Respond to implementation requests and questions from internal partners or clients via email and phone
  • Conduct research using various bank systems to respond to client questions and inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in client facing role, preferably in financial services industry
  • Presentable, confident and client focused
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
  • Ability to manage own time and know when to escalate
  • Knowledge of Treasury Products
