About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment supporting Client Operational Services
Ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards
Support monitoring and testing of controls by evaluating data to identify issues and control improvements for remediation
Implement optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance practices to support business continuity
Conduct and coordinate quality inspection reviews to enhance employee performance and control effectiveness
Execute QA activities, including controls execution, case management, and results reporting
Identify testing automation opportunities, procedural updates, thematic trends, test script updates, and coaching opportunities
Support management and research for regulatory exams, internal audits, monitoring, and inspection reviews
Evaluate inspection metrics and relevant data for governance dashboard reporting
Potentially manage associates, including coaching, talent development, risk management, and business outcome delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years relatable financial services, risk, and/or compliance experience and/or comparable college degree
Strong oral/written communication skills
Ability to effectively engage stakeholders and foster collaboration
Ability to challenge and “ask the right questions” when performing QC testing
Ability to multi-task, plan, and function in a self-directed environment
5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience (desired)
Experience testing associate cases for Quality Assurance (desired)
Ability to work in a team environment, organize work, prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines while ensuring data accuracy/integrity (desired)
Ability to work and execute with minimal supervision or remote management (desired)
College degree (Associates or higher) or comparable work experience (desired)
