About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Champion the Strategy & Business Ventures delivery and development culture
- Oversee a pipeline of more than 50 projects and staffing assignments for over 100 Analysts and Associates annually
- Manage three business-submitted project intake cycles per year
- Efficiently execute staffing plans, assignments, and communications to Associates, Analysts, Directors, and Interns throughout the year
- Partner with stakeholders to improve the employee experience during onboarding, summer internships, networking events, and progressive training
- Proactively identify and execute meaningful operational priorities
- Coordinate efforts across partners and teams to manage risk and ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives
- Drive results with accountability, attention to detail, and without direct authority
- Communicate enterprise decisions, purpose, results, team strategy, priorities, and contributions
- Ensure proper risk discipline, controls, and culture are in place
- Manage expenses and budgets in alignment with objectives
- Apply process knowledge, operational excellence, innovation, data-based decision-making, and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in financial services with program design and management experience
- Rigorous quality standards and attention to detail for all work products
- Proven ability to bring structure and clarity in ambiguity and contribute effectively in fast-moving environments
- Strong execution discipline, including tracking, prioritization, risk identification, and performance monitoring
- Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills, including PowerPoint and writing
- Strong business acumen; Consumer experience preferred
- Curiosity and fluency in AI’s practical business applications
- Strong ability to collaborate and engage across functions and business lines and build strong working relationships with business partners at all levels of management
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university is a desired qualification
- Experience with designing allocation models to drive operational excellence is a desired qualification
- 40 hours per week
