About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Resolve day-to-day complex problems, research, and execute complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business units
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, processes, and services in an operations environment
- Manage data-related incidents and identify, communicate, resolve, or escalate issues
- Partner with Business and Technology functions to develop business and functional requirements documents and drive strategic upstream resolution
- Serve as a subject matter expert on how data is organized across the company and Corporate Accounts Payable organization
- Monitor data lineage capability and tooling with technology partners to ensure accurate, complete, and timely data lineage
- Oversee and maintain CAP data catalogs through ongoing review and challenge
- Manage projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives
- Provide work direction, guidance, and training on new complex initiatives
- Build relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business
- Define responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs and projects
- Focus on continuous improvement
Requirements

- Demonstrated experience using data to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, exceptions, control gaps, and automation opportunities
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate large datasets and translate findings into actionable business improvements
- Experience developing KPIs, performance metrics, operational dashboards, and executive reporting
- Ability to perform root cause analysis on invoice, payment, supplier, and process-related issues
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or similar analytics tools
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle Cloud and SAP
- Knowledge of AP automation solutions, workflow tools, OCR technologies, AI-enabled invoice processing, and straight-through processing concepts
- Understanding of data quality management, data governance, and master data controls
- Ability to redesign processes to reduce manual effort, improve cycle times, increase data quality, and enhance control effectiveness
- Ability to translate complex data insights into business-focused recommendations for leadership
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across AP, Tax, Treasury, Technology, Accounting, Procurement, and Operations teams
- Must work first shift in the United States of America
- 40 hours per week
