About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Resolve day-to-day complex problems and execute complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business units
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment
- Manage projects and direct team activities related to special initiatives
- Provide technical guidance, work direction, and training to employees and business partners
- Build relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business
- Define responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs and projects
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing, including test script development, execution, validation, and documentation
- Support production activities through issue triage, root cause analysis, and solution identification
- Maintain knowledge of business applications and their impact on Collateral Valuations processes and daily operations
- Partner with technology teams on system functionality, enhancements, integrations, and support models
- Support management and maintenance of the CMS platform and related technologies
- Participate in Collateral Valuations projects involving Engagement Letter enhancements, CMS configuration changes, Access Management, process improvement, and operational and technology enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technology teams, and management on project implementation and issue resolution
- Document processes, procedures, testing results, and business requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support continuous process improvement
Requirements

- Understanding of the End-to-End (E2E) order flow process
- General knowledge of Bank applications and systems, including VIP, CaseLink, AppraisalLink, and other Collateral Valuations applications
- Experience supporting testing, production support, business operations, or technology-related initiatives is preferred
- Availability for 1st shift in the United States of America
- 40 hours per week
