About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate complex business initiatives into clear, actionable messaging for associates and leaders
  • Develop and maintain initiative-related content, toolkits, guides, FAQs, leader resources, and reference materials
  • Partner with subject matter experts to gather, validate, and simplify information for end-user consumption
  • Manage content publication schedules and ensure timely delivery of key updates
  • Monitor engagement, adoption, and effectiveness of messaging and resources
  • Drive consistency in voice, format, and quality across associate-facing materials
  • Support readiness forums and routines through preparation of materials and updates
  • Identify opportunities to improve content delivery through technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Serve as a trusted partner to initiative owners and business stakeholders
  • Lead change-related initiatives supporting line-of-business priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience developing associate-facing content, readiness resources, or initiative support materials
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and actionable information
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and content organization skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to collaborate across multiple business functions
  • Strong attention to detail with focus on quality, accuracy, and execution
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel
  • Experience supporting change management, associate readiness, or business transformation initiatives preferred
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders preferred
  • Knowledge of Bank organizational structure, processes, and resources preferred
  • Understanding of brand standards preferred
  • Experience leveraging data and feedback to measure effectiveness and improve associate communications preferred
  • Familiarity with automation, AI, or digital tools preferred
  • Prior Business Banking experience and/or familiarity with Business Banking platform, products, processes, and resources preferred
  • Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
