About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the Portfolio Management team in providing integrated investment advice and portfolio management services
- Coordinate internal delivery of investment services through appropriate channels
- Seek new business opportunities from existing books of business
- Assist other service associates as needed
- Serve as an additional point of contact for clients and/or backup for client-facing Portfolio Managers
- Support client portfolios, including asset allocation, portfolio construction, security/manager selection, trade execution, risk management, compliance, and investment reviews
- Engage clients to review investment performance and anticipated market changes based on economic and industry analysis
- Perform market analysis, gather insights, and recommend strategies supporting clients’ investment goals
- Support Portfolio Managers with portfolio composition analysis, asset allocation monitoring, and investment policy statement quality and completeness
- Manage and/or execute client investment transactions
- Coordinate with client teams and partners to deliver integrated client service and resolve issues effectively and timely
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4 years of experience with a financial institution focusing on high net worth client service and sales
- Investment administration experience desired
- BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Law desired
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
