About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support aspects of client portfolios including asset allocation, portfolio construction, security/manager selection, trade execution, risk management and compliance, and investment reviews
  • Assist clients in reviewing investment performance and anticipated market changes based on economic and industry analysis
  • Perform market analysis, gather insights, and recommend strategies supporting clients’ investment goals
  • Support Portfolio Managers with portfolio composition analysis, asset allocation monitoring, and investment policy statement quality and completeness
  • Manage and/or execute client investment transactions
  • Coordinate with client teams and partners to deliver integrated client service
  • Identify and resolve issues effectively and timely
  • Seek new business opportunities from existing books of business
  • Serve as an additional client contact or backup for client-facing Portfolio Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with a financial institution focusing on high net worth client service and sales
  • Investment administration experience desired
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Law desired
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
