About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Client Teams in delivering banking, credit, trust, fiduciary, and investment services to complex Private Bank clients
  • Support complex client needs across products and triage issues for specialists and service centers
  • Coordinate with Trust, Family Office, Investments, Custody officers, and centralized service centers
  • Initiate and monitor account opening, asset transfers, onboarding, KYC refresh, digital engagement, and fulfillment
  • Handle client inquiries and complete deposits, money movement, transfers, and account maintenance
  • Manage and execute business and individual banking, credit, and investment product transactions
  • Ensure timely transaction execution within audit and compliance standards
  • Participate in Client Management Process activities and deliver a branded client experience
  • Develop referrals for credit and Bank products
  • Support sales, administrative, pipeline reporting, marketing, business development, presentations, expenses, calendar and email management, events, and travel reservations
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Private Banking administrative experience focusing on high net worth client service, support and sales
  • Ability to successfully complete assessment of critical skills
  • Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance or Economics desired
  • Ability to comply with audit, legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
  • Client verification and KYC compliance knowledge
  • 40 hours per week
  • 1st shift availability
