Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage the end-to-end product life cycle for highly complex products
  • Conduct market research and competitor analyses
  • Determine product pricing and develop short- and long-term strategies
  • Identify innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and improve customer experience

  • Help leaders understand business performance, client behaviors, emerging trends, and growth opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement, deepen relationships, improve retention, and support deposit growth
  • Develop executive presentations, leadership communications, discussion materials, and strategic recommendations
  • Translate complex business topics into clear narratives for senior leadership
  • Partner with Product, Digital, Marketing, Channels, Fraud, Risk, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders
  • Drive alignment across teams and initiatives in a matrixed environment
  • Support business planning, operating reviews, leadership routines, and strategic initiatives
  • Develop business cases, opportunity assessments, and investment recommendations
  • Evaluate market developments, industry trends, client expectations, and competitive dynamics
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions and advance business objectives
  • Challenge assumptions, introduce new ideas, and clarify strategic opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to leaders and help drive action on business priorities
  • Create product development and deployment plans, including sales training and marketing materials
  • Manage product financials, investment profiles, revenue, profit margins, and P&L activities
  • Provide product trend information to sales and marketing teams
  • Streamline and enhance product offerings
  • Implement and monitor effective risk controls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated strategic planning/product management skills
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Strategy, Business Management, Consulting, Financial Services, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or a related discipline
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation development skills, including executive-level materials and leadership communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive and senior leadership audiences
  • Strong storytelling abilities and experience developing executive narratives
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into actionable business recommendations
  • Ability to connect insights, business priorities, stakeholder perspectives, client needs, and market trends into strategic recommendations
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong relationship management skills across Product, Digital, Marketing, Channels, Fraud, Risk, Operations, and Finance
  • Strong organizational skills in a highly matrixed environment
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
