About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage the end-to-end product life cycle for highly complex products
  • Conduct market research and competitor analyses
  • Determine product pricing and develop short- and long-term strategies
  • Identify innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a unified customer experience

  • Collaborate with leaders across products and support areas including Finance, Risk, and Technology
  • Create comprehensive product development and deployment plans, including sales training programs and marketing materials
  • Oversee products and maintain financials, including investment profiles and P&L activities
  • Provide product trend information to sales and marketing teams
  • Streamline and enhance product offerings to meet client needs and support growth and operational excellence
  • Implement and monitor effective risk controls with key support partners
  • Gather market, client, and competitor insights to develop products and drive adoption
  • Develop and influence product strategy and comprehensive bank-wide solutions
  • Analyze and review pricing performance metrics with senior leaders
  • Support product controls, risk assessments, Deposit Pricing tests, and metrics
  • Lead initiatives that enhance client experience, reduce risk, and support responsible growth
  • Assess financial, compliance, client, and associate experience implications of pricing strategies
  • Identify deposit pricing issues and lead remediation efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated strategic planning/product management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with breadth of view
  • Negotiation skills
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable to changing requirements
  • Understanding of Consumer & Small Business products, channels, and financial performance measures/drivers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
  • Ability to identify successes and opportunities and deliver recommendations based on findings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to summarize observations, articulate considerations, and propose solutions concisely
