About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform and review quality audits and monitor and evaluate client interactions
  • Perform Inline Quality Assurance reviews for depository and treasury product implementations
  • Complete approximately 30+ quality reviews daily while following strict prioritization processes
  • Validate that required documents are provided, complete, and accurate
  • Coordinate with business partners and Implementation Associates to obtain corrected or missing documents
  • Monitor Outlook, Skype, Teams, and other communication channels for workflow updates, inquiries, escalations, and business updates
  • Analyze quality issues and performance measures for management review
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and formal education to employees, team managers, and clients
  • Review casework and legal documents for regulatory and test-and-controls compliance
  • Identify trends, escalate problems, and communicate team performance trends to leaders
  • Recommend and implement procedure and workflow changes
  • Develop test plans, scenarios, and cases
  • Utilize bank systems to complete quality review requests
  • Identify and escalate process and procedure gaps to mitigate risk
  • Manage desk routines, timelines, and responsibilities while meeting strict quality assurance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • 1+ year of Treasury experience
  • 1+ year of Quality Assurance Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and sustain high organizational skills in fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
  • Ability to promote teamwork and positive attitude
  • Ability to engage with client begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle objections
  • Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching
  • Intermediate ability in computer skills
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Ability to work 1st shift
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
