About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor loan portfolios of Private Bank/Merrill Lynch clients for mortgage products ranging from basic to highly customized arrangements
  • Work closely with Residential Real Estate Specialists, PCAs, PCMs, and FAs on structuring and pricing
  • Interact directly with clients
  • Serve as the primary client contact for follow-up and information throughout the loan process
  • Explore opportunities to deepen client relationships by leveraging areas within Bank of America
  • Identify potential cross-sell opportunities
  • Comply with Federal and State compliance policies and HMDA requirements
  • Register with the federal SAFE Act registry system and remain in good standing
  • Submit to the required SAFE Act background check

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous residential mortgage/HELOC experience in the high-net-worth (HNW) arena required
  • Minimum 4–10 years of experience
  • High degree of mortgage knowledge, including products, compliance, underwriting, and collateral requirements
  • Compliance with Federal and State policies and HMDA requirements
  • SAFE Act registration and maintaining good standing
  • Required SAFE Act background check
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week on 1st shift
