About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and deliver complex software requirements to accomplish business goals
  • Code solutions and unit tests according to acceptance and compliance criteria
  • Design, develop, and modify architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers
  • Maintain principal architecture integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of development experience
  • Primary expertise in .NET/.NET Core
  • JavaScript/Angular and Core Java experience
  • Strong .NET fundamentals, object-oriented programming concepts, and C#
  • Extensive experience in unit testing, dependency injection, and mocking
  • Extensive experience in XML data processing
  • Experience with Angular, SQL, and Java
  • Extensive experience developing Web APIs, WCF, and Windows Services
  • Extensive experience implementing distributed transactions and messaging using IBM MQ
  • Extensive experience with Entity Framework and database transaction management
  • Knowledge of scalability and resiliency patterns such as Bulkhead and Circuit Breaker
  • Knowledge of logging and exception-handling best practices
  • Knowledge of SOLID, KISS, and DRY development practices
  • IBM WebSphere MQ and Oracle Database experience is a plus
  • Experience with Eclipse, Rational Application Developer IDE, or Visual Studio
  • Understanding and use of DevOps processes for build and deployment
  • Understanding of document management standards, processes, and technologies
  • Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop, review, and comment on written technical documentation
  • Knowledge of banking industry processes is a plus
  • Ability to work first shift in the United States of America
