About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Trust and Estate Officers with administrative and account servicing activities for fiduciary and trust clients
- Apply knowledge of trust products to support client transactions
- Serve as an additional client contact and backup for Trust Officers
- Service account questions and resolve issues involving investment management and trust accounts, money movement, discretionary actions, compliance metrics exceptions, and Client Maintenance Tool updates
- Identify opportunities to expand Private Bank capabilities within existing client books of business
- Assist other service associates as needed
- Coordinate internal delivery of trust services through Fiduciary Services and Trust Operations groups
- Partner with the Trust office on day-to-day administration of investment management and trust accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4 years of experience with a financial institution focusing on high net worth client service and sales
- Trust administration experience desired
- BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Law desired
- Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- 40 hours per week
- 1st shift (United States of America)
