About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead daily management and development of Institutional Retirement products
  • Develop, maintain, and execute product strategic plans
  • Deliver innovative solutions for Workplace Benefits clients
  • Identify product gaps and develop solution plans
  • Manage investment platforms, including selling agreements, fee arrangements, share class structures, and investment data
  • Develop and execute strategies aligned with client and marketplace needs
  • Analyze competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and target markets
  • Partner across cross-functional teams to develop product solutions and capabilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on go-to-market strategies and product positioning
  • Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies while monitoring regulatory changes
  • Develop business cases, organize information, and document recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce operating risk, and control expenses
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects with limited oversight
  • Communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and in an organized manner

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of related business experience
  • Fundamental knowledge of investment vehicles and asset classes
  • Relevant Retirement Investments and industry relationship management experience and acumen desired
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work onsite in accordance with the workplace excellence policy if selected
  • 40 hours per week
  • 1st shift
