About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support delivery and execution of Global Human Resources products and programs
  • Execute skills assessment processes for identified populations, including skill mapping, data analysis, review and challenge, and remediation support
  • Evaluate existing processes, technologies, and routines to drive process improvements
  • Support implementation of controls to mitigate compliance and operational risk
  • Support routine to complex operational and strategic activities
  • Partner with HR program functions to ensure processes meet design requirements
  • Support solutions and initiatives aligned with business needs and priorities
  • Partner with Service Delivery Managers, Line of Business, and Global Talent stakeholders to implement skills assessments
  • Prepare, analyze, and validate data across all phases of the skills assessment process
  • Perform data analysis and QA/QC while maintaining data governance, privacy, and information security standards
  • Support adoption and optimization of Skills Assessment tools and emerging technologies
  • Maintain SOPs, workflows, control descriptions, project plans, trackers, files, and logs
  • Flag timeline risks and collaborate on mitigation plans
  • Participate in issue identification, root cause analysis, and remediation planning
  • Identify and support automation, standardization, and workflow improvements
  • Demonstrate responsiveness, professionalism, and urgency in stakeholder interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Product or Program Development/Management, Data Analysis, Talent Management, Organization Development, Change Management, HR Generalist, or relevant experience supporting large projects, programs, or processes
  • Demonstrated strength in data analysis and critical thinking
  • Intermediate Excel capabilities, including nested formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query
  • Ability to translate business and functional requirements into analytical outputs and stakeholder-ready reports
  • Experience leading components of programs or projects and delivering outputs on time
  • Consistent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective relationship management skills within a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated success building productive working relationships
  • Strong bias for action and ability to drive tasks to completion with minimal oversight
  • Ability to adhere to data governance, privacy, and information security standards
