About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and deliver complex software requirements to accomplish business goals
Code solutions and unit test against defined acceptance and compliance criteria
Design, develop, and modify architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers
Mentor software engineers and coach the team on CI/CD practices and automation tool stacks
Execute story refinement, define requirements, and estimate delivery work
Perform spikes and proofs of concept to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
Automate manual release activities
Design, develop, and maintain automated integration, regression, and performance test suites
Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
Write efficient and scalable Python code for data processing and automation
Perform complex SQL queries and optimize database interactions
Implement data validation and quality checks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/GenAI solutions into workflows
Stay current with new technologies and apply innovative solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of job-related experience required
Experience in AI-driven applications, including Agentforce and Copilot Studio
Experience with Python
Experience with SQL
Experience with NLP and AI/ML, including machine learning pipelines and model evaluation techniques
Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and building RAGs
Strong knowledge of software development and testing practices
Knowledge of design and architectural patterns
Experience designing and maintaining ETL pipelines for data ingestion and transformation
Experience implementing data validation and quality checks
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/GenAI solutions
Experience in the financial industry preferred
