About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design, and build new features
Refactor and redesign legacy code bases
Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React, Angular, Vue.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Participate in code reviews and maintain high software-quality standards
Troubleshoot and debug applications and optimize performance
Ensure software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements
Contribute to ongoing development of Identity and Access Management applications and products
Support process automation and shift-left testing to improve quality and enable more frequent releases
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Development Teams, Feature Leads, Architects, and the Developer Community of Practice

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M. Tech / M.Sc. / MCA, preferably IT/CS specialization
8+ years of experience in Java development for large and complex enterprise applications using JDK 8+ and Spring framework
Strong understanding of Java, Spring Frameworks and RESTful APIs
Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Thorough understanding of application security concepts, including authentication, authorization, and session management
Familiarity with OAuth, OIDC, FIDO protocols and related products
Solid technical background and understanding of system architecture, load balancing, and TLS
Familiarity with cryptographic and PKI concepts
Proficiency using GIT, Maven, Jenkins, and JIRA
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Exposure to microservices architecture
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
Java, Information Security Domain / IAM certifications are not mandatory
