About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support to Specialized Fiduciary Officers, Settlement Officers, Managers, and the National Trust Settlement Director
  • Work independently and closely with Trust Settlement Officers and Managers to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of services
  • Coordinate information and activities with internal partners and external business partners
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and external partners, including trust beneficiaries, as backup for Settlement Officers
  • Perform account maintenance, money movement, optical imaging, client verification, file retrieval, and settlement-packet preparation, mailing, and tracking
  • Respond to verbal and written inquiries
  • Participate in projects and conduct research on topics including previously closed accounts
  • Prepare reports and perform routine administrative duties as required to administer accounts and serve client needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years of work experience required to service high net worth clients
  • Paralegal experience/training preferred
  • Prior trust, estate or tax experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and prioritization are necessary
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor and as a member of a team
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn and apply new technology and systems
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
