Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Consumer Investments Complex Product & Platform Supervision Team
  • Oversee the supervisory routine portfolio related to high-risk client monitoring
  • Oversee GFC alerts for Negative News, Senior Political Figures, and Account Closure Recommendations
  • Apply organizational and problem-solving skills to supervision activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have FINRA Series 7, 9/10, 63/65 or 66
  • In lieu of Series 9/10, may hold FINRA Series 4, 24, and 53
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships within and across business units
  • Demonstrated integrity and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Merrill Edge, Merrill Lynch, or Operations experience
  • Knowledge of financial crimes
  • High School Diploma, GED, Secondary School, or equivalent
  • Ability to work first shift, 40 hours per week
