About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in executing enterprise-wide direction for GBAM Operations functions
Support front-to-back integration and change initiatives
Drive change and execute successful implementations
Liaise with Business, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology stakeholders
Analyze business requirements and assist with end-to-end project planning
Define project scope and perform change assessments
Prepare BRDs, business scenarios, traceability matrices, run books, and other project artefacts
Manage or assure risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies affecting go-live
Plan and manage end-to-end projects and UAT for medium to large-sized projects
Create UAT plans, define test approaches, coordinate environment readiness, manage defects, and run UAT governance
Manage regional and global deliverables with local and global program reporting
Communicate change agendas and gain stakeholder buy-in
Ensure Global Change Standards, Enterprise Procedures, and documentation requirements are followed
Manage project scope, timeline, and budget
Produce meeting decks and track minutes and actions
Manage RAID logs and follow up on open issues
Run testing calls, identify issues, and report defect status
Produce test metrics and management information for senior management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Post-graduate preferred
3–5 years of experience
Strong change management or transaction reporting experience
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work in a highly matrixed organization
Experience handling initiatives within regulatory/global markets space preferred
Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills
Detailed requirements analysis and impact assessment across products, processes, and systems
Experience using tools and techniques for requirements analysis and project/UAT status reporting
Experience with Global Banking and Markets products and processes, including FICC, Equities, Derivatives, FX, Vanilla products, and Asset Services
Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and jurisdictional reporting obligations
Ability to engage project resources and maintain project artefacts
Strong end-to-end project/UAT management skills
Ability to construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate results
Deep understanding of SDLC and testing cycles
Ability to understand and drive Front-to-Back Workflow and full product/trade life cycle in Global Markets
Project lifecycle management/tracking and RAID reporting
Negotiation skills
Stakeholder management across regions, functions, and lines of business
Hands-on experience with JIRA, HP-QC, SQL/Excel VBA, MS Access, SharePoint, and MIS is an advantage
