Capture and refine business or system requirements involving software changes
Work with stakeholders to understand needs and analyze problems
Create solutions and solve problems manually or through software
Provide subject-matter expertise on products to support scope and requirement decisions
Collaborate with project stakeholders to analyze and confirm requirements
Create, analyze, and improve processes
Write user and technical stories
Support cost and benefit analysis to align technology solutions with business strategy
Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements
Identify impacts of application modifications and enhancements
Assist with integration points and end-to-end solution design
Assist users and development teams with application testing and troubleshooting
Help with test planning and configuring test solutions
Document processes, procedures, and workflows
Identify opportunities for automation and AI to improve business and technology processes
Contribute to model development and execution platform programs, data sourcing, and model migration initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years minimum experience in system analysis
Strong planning, execution, and reporting expertise
Experience in Agile delivery
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of services, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and Python
Exposure to wireframe tools
Understanding of UX concepts
Good communication
Object-oriented language concepts
Master's in Computers/Data Science or related technical field (desired)
Atlassian suite and JIRA (desired)
Risk domain experience (preferred)
Experience synthesizing complex data into actionable analysis and presentations to non-technical partners
Project management tools expertise
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
