About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate a direct end-to-end relationship with one or more Treasury Sales Officers
- Manage and grow domestic and global relationships within an assigned portfolio
- Support the end-to-end treasury sales process for commercial clients
- Develop strategies to grow revenue domestically and internationally
- Coordinate industry, prospect, and client research for pre-call planning
- Maintain accurate sales data across deal pipelines, client plans, call reports, pricing, and rates
- Produce client- and portfolio-level analysis covering profitability, revenue performance, product usage, balance trends, and variance analysis
- Partner with AML and onboarding teams to coordinate KYC onboarding for new legal entities
- Coordinate the Client Management Process, including client planning, calling efforts, team meeting preparation, delivery, follow-up, revenue, and pathway tracking
- Develop strategies and create proposals and pitchbooks for pre-call planning
- Complete price and cost-benefit analysis models and support non-standard pricing
- Partner with Product Specialists and support partners to grow revenue and deepen relationships
- Support clients through implementation, onboarding, and training
- Participate in in-person calling activities and ad-hoc direct sales opportunities
- Manage escalated service issues with appropriate resources
- Prepare analysis and presentation materials for client meetings
- Complete card agreements and gather documentation for implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of one year of treasury management/corporate banking experience or successful completion of a training program
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Problem solving and trend/opportunity analysis

- Effective communication and collaboration
- Proactive mindset and effective time management
- Results-driven mindset
- Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Office
- Two or more years of B2B sales and/or client service experience in a financial services environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Certified Treasury Professional certification or equivalent
- Experience prospecting and developing new business
- Knowledge of U.S. or international cash management products
- Prior experience in Global Payments, Treasury Management, or Corporate Banking strongly preferred
- Two to five years of relevant banking experience across sales, operations, compliance, and/or product management
- Working knowledge of U.S. and global treasury management products, services, and industry trends
