About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate a direct end-to-end relationship with one or more Treasury Sales Officers
- Manage and grow domestic and global portfolios
- Support the end-to-end treasury sales process for Commercial clients
- Coordinate industry, prospect, and client research for pre-call planning
- Maintain accurate sales data across core systems, including deal pipeline, client plans, call reports, pricing, and rates
- Produce client and portfolio-level analysis, including profitability, revenue performance, product usage, balance trends, and variance analysis
- Partner with AML and onboarding teams to coordinate KYC onboarding
- Coordinate the Client Management Process, including client planning, client calling, team meeting preparation, delivery, follow-up, revenue, and pathway tracking
- Conduct research and create strategies, proposals, and pitchbooks
- Complete price and cost-benefit analysis models and develop pricing strategies
- Partner with Product Specialists and support partners to grow revenue and deepen relationships
- Support implementation, client onboarding, and training activities
- Participate in in-person calling and ad-hoc direct sales opportunities
- Manage escalated service issues with appropriate resources
- Prepare analysis and presentation materials for client meetings
- Complete card agreements and gather documentation for implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of one year of treasury management/corporate banking experience or successful completion of a training program
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Effective problem solving and analysis of trends and opportunities
- Risk management and preparation for client meetings
- Strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Proactive mindset and effective time management

- Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Office
