About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary client interface for a portfolio of high-revenue, complex Treasury clients
  • Serve as a comprehensive project manager focused on accelerating revenue realization
  • Lead, direct, influence, and coordinate delivery of complex treasury, cash management, card, merchant, and deposit solutions
  • Resolve escalations using expertise, discretion, independent judgment, and sound decision-making
  • Deliver integrated treasury solutions across the entire project scope
  • Partner with client-facing teammates on sales opportunities and provide product expertise and consultation
  • Maintain client, treasury industry, and client subsector expertise and a broad understanding of the bank's structure
  • Develop data-driven client insights and presentations, including recommendations to reduce risk, improve working capital, and digitize payments and receipts
  • Participate in the Client Management Process to develop new relationships and deepen existing relationships through identification of client needs
  • Direct service and fulfillment requests to relevant teams, respond to client and partner requests, and keep stakeholders updated
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities through scope expansions driven by client interactions
  • Serve as the client's single point of contact through implementation and testing of multiple products
  • Bridge project plans across payment solutions and fulfillment teams
  • Facilitate internal and external client calls for implementation requests
  • Leverage stakeholders to drive process improvement, operational excellence, and successful project completion
  • Troubleshoot, research, and respond to internal client team requests and complex escalations
  • Apply project management disciplines to keep projects on track, document meeting discussions, project plans, and action items, and distribute updates regularly
  • Validate services meet client expectations after implementation and ensure a smooth handoff to Client Services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years of prior treasury sales experience
  • Product and financial acumen
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects from inception through completion, driving alignment across diverse stakeholders and delivering results within established deadlines and budgets
  • Ability to interact with and influence people internally and externally through expert verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills
  • Ability to read and leverage data to proactively identify trends and opportunities
  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and balance multiple sales activities
  • Deep understanding of bank structure and operational aspects of global cash management products and services
  • Understanding of and adherence to risk guidelines to identify, manage, and escalate risk responsibly
  • Passionately curious and courageous; knowledge of bank network and effective business partnering
  • B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree is desired
  • For-profit, Not-For-Profit, Higher Education, or Healthcare banking/Revenue Cycle experience is a plus
  • Ability to work 1st shift in the United States of America
  • Availability for 40 hours per week
