About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as primary client interface for a portfolio of high-revenue, complex Treasury clients
- Serve as a comprehensive project manager focused on accelerating revenue realization
- Lead, direct, influence, and coordinate delivery of complex treasury, cash management, card, merchant, and deposit solutions
- Deliver integrated treasury solutions across the entirety of project scope
- Partner with client-facing teammates on sales opportunities and provide product expertise and consultation
- Develop data-driven client insights and presentations, including recommendations to reduce risk, improve working capital, and digitize payments and receipts
- Participate in the Client Management Process to develop and deepen client relationships
- Direct service and fulfillment requests to relevant teams and keep stakeholders updated
- Identify cross-sell opportunities through client-driven scope expansions
- Serve as the client’s single point of contact through implementation and testing of multiple products
- Facilitate internal and external client calls and bridge project plans across payment solutions and fulfillment teams
- Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and successful project completion while resolving escalations
- Troubleshoot, research, and resolve complex internal client team requests
- Maintain project plans, meeting documentation, and action items; ensure delivery dates are met
- Validate services meet client expectations post-implementation and hand off to Client Services
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years of prior treasury sales experience
- Product and financial acumen
- Proven track record leading complex projects from inception through completion, aligning diverse stakeholders, and delivering within deadlines and budgets
- Expert verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills
- Ability to read and leverage data to identify trends and opportunities
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and balance multiple sales activities
- Deep understanding of bank structure and operational aspects of global cash management products and services
- Understanding of and adherence to risk guidelines to identify, manage, and escalate risk
- Knowledge of bank network and effective business partnering
