About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with Middle Market clients
  • Retain and grow existing revenue and deepen solutions across client relationships
  • Manage pricing and profitability and conduct direct phone/web-based client calling
  • Deliver integrated treasury solutions to clients within an assigned portfolio
  • Consult on sales opportunities and provide product expertise to client-facing teammates
  • Pursue treasury revenue streams and increase product penetration across the assigned portfolio
  • Coordinate fulfillment requests and regular relationship review meetings
  • Identify process inefficiencies, improvements, and relevant industry initiatives
  • Drive revenue and profitability growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic and tactical client needs
  • Develop data-driven insights and client presentations with recommendations on risk reduction, working capital, and payment/receipt digitization
  • Participate in the Client Management Process to develop new and existing client relationships
  • Build relationships with internal business partners and key client decision makers
  • Complete account and portfolio business reviews
  • Direct service and fulfillment requests to relevant teams and respond to client and partner requests
  • Maintain client pricing and ensure products and services are billed correctly
  • Manage client escalations and keep internal teams informed
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities through account analysis and regular client interaction
  • Protect and grow revenue

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years of prior treasury sales experience
  • Product and financial acumen
  • Ability to interact with and influence internal and external stakeholders through expert verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills
  • Ability to read and leverage data to proactively identify trends and opportunities
  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple sales activities
  • Deep understanding of bank structure and operational aspects of global cash management products and services
  • Understanding of and adherence to risk guidelines to identify, manage and escalate risk
  • Knowledge of bank network and effective business partnering
  • B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree (desired)
